Everything expressed here is opinion--including yours and Mr L's posts about the speech. Why you limit interpretation to only one side baffles me, when that is all we CAN do regarding that speech, and reading posts like NICE TRY and YOU LOSE make me feel as if I've wandered onto the Bush thread. I was genuinely interested in the reasoning behind Mr L's opinion and am sorry to see the personal element ruin the exchange.
