Can you pdf us your birth certificate. We want to make sure you're a legal citizen. Also pdf us your SS number and your PIN numbers. We want to make sure you're not a thief, have enough money in the bank to remain in the country or shouldn't be deported back mton Gabon or Uzbekistan.

You could be a traitor or terrorist. Many people named "Bill" have been known to be traitors and terrorists. Therefore, prove to us you're real. And prove you're loyal to the USA.
Maybe you're even a communist. An ex Jag officer I know said you might be. So did someone a college admissions office, though it was a college you didn't go to.

To approve you as a real American we require pdf files because no mainstream newspaper articles about you will suffice. We want to see rock hard proof that you are who you say you are. Also get it notarized and send three copies.
