yeah, but ya gotta toss 'em all back together for the context after the minute examination on a word by word basis is concluded...:-) I have to get back to reading copious medical records today. Perhaps someone could explain to me why doctors and medical personnel, with the exception of some nurses, seem to be incapable of writing legibly. Do they take a course in that or what? lol I developed Excedrin Headache #64 yesterday after trying to make heads or tails out of progress notes in a quad case.
