Are you serious??? 84???? Oh my <E heads back to repack> I was looking for 50's and 60's...shirt and fleece (with ever present rainsuit). I REALLY did NOT want hot; seriously, we're leaving hot! Weather shows Anchorage hotter than the other spots; I hope it's right as we're only briefly in Anchorage. I can handle the 20 hours of sun. Schweetie piped up last spring and said "You know? I'd like to be in Alaska on the longest day of the year next year; June 21". Well, We're on the last ship before the prices went nuts; I wasn't spending that much extra for a dab more sun. Besides, it will be day when he goes to sleep and day when he wakes up...who's to know it WASN'T the longest day? <gg> btw...schweetie is learning to NEVER pipe up with a "You know? I'd like to be in [fill in blank] next year." That's how we ended up in France in '02, too! I'm all over travel experiences; all he has to do is mention it and I'm on "all systems go" mode! One exception. He's telling folks we're "riding mules down into the Grand Canyon next year". He thinks I'm celebrating my big 50 on the back of a mule??? I don't THINK SO! Thanks for the update.
