JM, While looking for Ivan's post, I found this. Does the current Father E. sound like the previous Father E.?

The problem is that a senior VP with a financial services company with 13 years
experience should know better then to write for public dissemination financial research
which appears to be partly fictious or based on false assumptions. I hope Primerica has
an ethics code and I am sure they have counsel or a compliance officer who would not
have liked to see such financial research posted. Alcoa does not <<control>> 50% of
can market <<Alcoa believed that with the Presstek technology, they can control
nearly 90% of the aluminum can market>>
Where does he get that from? Let us see his research. Does Primerica even know that
he made public the fact that he works for them? What happens if someone bought
stock on this supposed research and figured it must be authentic becuase of the fact
that Mr. Mack is a senior VP for Primerica?
Did any of you have to deal with some of these class action lawyers? It is not pleasant!

Picture this scenario. Stock goes up becuase of what Neil Mack wrote, people buy the
stock and then the stock goes down after some people question if what he posted was
really true. Do you think that lawyers can't create a class action suite over this? I don't
know but I can call one that would know.

I am not Ivan L.

I just have a burning desire to see truth come to light wihtout some scallywags burning
holes in some poor peoples pockets.

Father E.

You are 44 and into financial services and so is Mr. Mack do you happen to know
each other? I am sure your alma matter wouldn't be happy about your spelling
capabilites (laffing??).
I guess you don't know how onerous class action lawyers are during discovery. Do
you know how long it take them to file one of those suits? Turn around is real quick. A
former student of mine does it for a living flies around, types out this standard form he
carries with him and zap!! It's filed. Then he gets a bunch of out of luck lawyers pays
them 25 dollars an hour and gets mounds of papers and computer disk and hard
drives!!! They go through all of it. Has NASD ever investigated anyone at your firm?
Ask them about their experience. Ask your compliance officer. I am sure you know
how careful you must be before you post being a series 7. Do you show your posts to
your compliance officer? Does he even know you post?
Better Safe than Sued. (Bold emphasis mine)
