Well, more than Earnings came out today. ADCT has come to an agreement with Andrew Corp to swap shares and combine the companies. While this seems to have been well received on ANDW's side of the fence, ADCT's shares took a hit, dropping to an intra day low of $17.73 before starting to come back a small amount.

Well, in spite of all my risk indicators, etc, I decided to add to my ADCT positions today with the added discount being the incentive. We added about 20% to the holding at $18.
