Steve,
Monetary crisis is something which could cause pullback. Lets say things calmdown in Asia. THe feds would be able to raise interest rates without the dollar getting stronger. Right now USA is being blamed for those problems. Also Asia is not buying as much as they use too. Pfizer claims 3 percent of there earnings were lost in 1st half of year to currency translations.
