And there are laws on the books that prohibit companies from hiring illegal immigrants.. so what!!!

btw, that legislation was passed years before the war on terror began. There are far more important issues for our military to deal with since the beginning of the war on terror. An extremely large portion of the insurgents in Iraq are just Iraqi citizens defending there turf. We have no business being there anymore than that war has anything to do with the war on terror or reshaping the middle east...
