This line does not make sense to me:

"Unless you have been contacted directly by TD Ameritrade no action will be required."

That line seems to show admit that they selectively contacted people regarding PLNI. Shouldn't they communicate with ALL shareholders of PLNI regardless of the number of shares held?

It looks as if there is going to be a legal battle here.
