I hope they win and decimate the execs past greedy grabs. This entire option gifts and pricing issues is finally exposing to the naive investors the greed that has separated investor class from the management. It has gone way too far too long and an investor backlash is more than appropriate. This in the big picture is the scurge of the semis. Those that did not offend and abuse the stock holders will recover,but time will be the price to pay - as it already has been. Before it is over - it will be exposed in many other sectors. There is a trail of an accountant firm that has carried this greed to many a fine company,one where it's management held itself above the stockholders and there will be careers to pay for it. By the time it is over,most Esop candy programs will be in existence and voluntarily neutered to be harmless. This is an excellent evolution. IMO Bob
