Try as I might I have been unable to determine whether PLNI received a letter from TDA or a false/fake letter. I guess we'll need to get the story from the company. Did they receive the letter they referred to in the US Mail or did they get it from an "investor" or multiple "investors" via FAX? If via fax, one would certainly assume that the legal staff contacted TDA prior to releasing the PR. Several conflicting emails from TDA, but some of them suggest that only certain accounts were advised of liquidation. That speaks volumes IF TRUE. Hope the company has a follow-up PR to explain all this today! rrm
