Captain... That was the most ridiculous thing Turek has PRed to date. If that pr doesn't bury him nothing will! LOL the man went and acted on behalf of TDAmeritrade and blatantly misrepresented them. What a joke... I have a TDA account and there is no way they could liquidate my account without my approval unless I have a margin account that was out of terms with their agreement. Even if TDA sent out a letter which I didn't receive as I was holding at the date of the "letter". Turek had no Authority to act on behalf of TDA. If Pinksheets puts his quotes up after this blatant blunder I would be shocked... happy trading, shorts
