Interesting comment. the resources? find very few private companies with as much VC and private equity money that seems available to these guys. They seem to have plenty of cash to wage a war and plenty of investors to replenish that cash.

or the technology? Do you mean you don't think they can come up with Gen2 products that don't infringe on IN patents? Think Alien can get them invalidated? What about GEN 3 and beyond? They dont have the brainpower?
