I would tend to disagree.

I would like Carranza to offer a general opinion on this, isn't this a time where if Intermec has a shadow of a doubt they would want to settle with Alien in a cross-license. With licensing already in hand I see IN has a lot to lose. So my question is what does IN have at stake if they settle and what is at stake with existing licensees if they lose?
