Have checked out WWW.insidertrader.com . They do have listed that CEO Hasfari has registered to sell 40,000 forty thousand shares. Also checked www.stocksmart.com and they also show 40,000 forty thousand It's obvious that one of the reporting agencies are incorrect. I have called Eager Online Customer Service to see if they can verify the information they have provided me. Although I have the black and white from a reputable (at least i think so) information service provider, Eager Online, I'm inclined to be suspicious as more facts unfold. Will attempt to get further verification as to the actual amount involved. thanks for the info, I hope i'm not eating crow on this one ( it will mean an end to my subscription) gfrank
