ok read those excerpts. The Patent pool is in the "early stages" per the S-1. Then it seems that your idea of a cross licence would be to throw IN patents into the "patent pool". Still sounds like a surrender to me. I'm not sure they would be much worse off if the courts just invalidated them. Certianly seems worth the fight. Havent seen any public comment from IN yet.
