Mindmeld, Why is the nation focused now on immigration? Is it possible that we are deliberately being distracted from the failures in Iraq and the more important issues we need to deal with?

Yeah right. Illegal immigration is an issue that both parties are hoping would just go away.

If anything, the issue has helped to drive Bush's approval ratings even lower. That's another Rove trick? Please.
