Surely would be nice to know the terms of the settlement. The only clue to the fact that it may have been favorable to IN, other than the strength of its patent portfolio, is the fact that Symbol joined the Fast Start program. I suspect that letting Symbol into the program even though it was over was the only concession IN made, but, dammit, there's no way to find out for sure.
