After what happened in 2000 the Democrats should have had eyes everywhere and gone to court at the first sign of an irregularity. Whe Ohio purged the voting list, those who hadn't voted in years should have reregistered well before the election.

Now we're left with statistics that "prove" nothing.

The big question is... what is being done to prevent a repeat in the 2006 midterms and 2008?
