Murtha was 100% right, a 35 year Marine veteran who cares more about the Marines in his little finger than the entire Bush administration does. Murtha is unquestionably the #1 expert on the Marines and this war in congress, and the most trusted man in congress by the military.

The rightwing seems to think atrocities are OK and help the war effort. They do nt. Not only are they evil and wrong, they badly hurt our war effort and help our enemies, and covering them up is just as bad as committing them. Remember it was My Lai and the attempted cover up of it which hurt us so badly in Nam. And it was Abu Graib (until this atrocity) which has hurt us the most in Iraq. Bushies have still not punished the men in charge of the ABu Graib situation.
