Please note the definitions below AND I WAS WRONG about part of Rileys float calculations- 144 shares do get subtracted from outstanding number of shares(I don't mind admitting when I'm wrong-but you should have checked),BUT treasury stock does not.The results are the 1.6m float calculations should be increased by the number of treasury shares---float should be 2.0m +/-

Float (millions)
This is the number of freely traded shares in the hands of the public. Float is calculated as Shares Outstanding minus Shares Owned by Insiders, 5% Owners, and Rule 144 Shares.
The shares outstanding indicate the amount of shares issued by the company less any shares that the company has bought back and holds in the corporate treasury.
