OTOH there was a very positive divergence with the shares and the metal -- though skeptics might attribute that to the rising market lifting all boats -- even heavy golden ones?? <g>

That article is lovely as a sentiment piece -- fits with what others have said about Rydex data as well.

That doesn't mean gold doesn't have another leg down, but it may mean the shares are about done correcting.
