More and more people have given up under Bush than any time before. Again an unsupported and inaccurate statement. Under Clinton employment numbers were much more solid, even amongst black teenagers. Perhaps black teenagers did better under Clinton. I'm not even going to bother to research it, I'm concerned about the overall totals. Unemployment is now lower than the average year under Clinton. Labor force participation may be marginally down but it is not vastly different. New jobs are being created at a decent clip. The majority of the jobs have nothing to do with the military or construction.
