Moore ruined someone's life? Whose? Did you even watch his film? This is clearly a frivolous lawsuit. I remember the scene and Moore didn't portray the guy as anti-Bush at all. He was just a very sad war victim with a bad neurological problem. clearly letting a camera roll while they interviewed was an implicit waiver of rights. If the guy had a problem being filmed he would have told Moore to turn off the camera. At the very most this is a $250 waiver payment kind of deal. Do you actually like wars we don't need to fight? You support this one still despite the disaster it's turned into? Then what's wrong with you?
