new york got 19% of funds last few years this year they get 18% biggest cut came from total funding by CONGRESS. nyc get a life , you live off federal money as it is your right to take everything from others in the country but not let them get a share of the federal funds. some of these cities received little to no money because nyc and dc got a big part of it in the past. It gives you the creeps to watch these nyc representatives act so selfish and disregard the rest of our countries security. They need to look within to find who cut their funding.
