New Charts; These should update, Note the NDX vs the IXCX
I call Heavy foot vs broad foot.
The NDX has more volitility ( more shorts are in/out of it
percentage wise than the IXCX.
The market is bullish when the NDX ( bigger caps )lead,
It gets on thin legs when the lesser float stocks [IXCX}
lead.. The shorter term charts 3mo to one day
are fairly good short term leading indicators..
Buy when the NDX goes up faster..sell when
the IXCX gets very much over the NDX.
Start with one year and working down to one day)
