we get a series of stories like this, you have to start wondering how tenable a long-term US presence will be in Iraq, in terms of the Iraqi government feeling pressure to start getting them out. Certainly can't help.

If the these two stories are accurate as depicted and 35 Iraqis were killed by our military, it will be interesting to see how the Iraqi government compares this to the monthly numbers of Iraqis killed by terrorist bombings etc., April-1361, May-691, as examples.
