Updates on RFIL and ARGN.

RFIL is due to report later this month. Revenue year to year comparison is not expected to increase, but this year's report will be without the costs that impacted last year's numbers. Positive cash flow and improved margins are the key. Also, there's a few new contracts in the wings including a potential deal with U.S. Homeland Security for border control and a potential deal with the Coast Guard for monitoring commercial shipping. Chart indicates a trend reversal, but there's some doubters or hedgers as the short position has increased by over 140% in May over the prior month.

ARGN recently came up on IBD's best stocks under $10 list and in Zaks stocks that could double in a year list. The heated/cooled sears have been an add-on feature on over 70% of Escalades sold and the company has expanded into other brands and models including sedans. Sales in Japan have been brisk and a launch in Europe could double sales.
