Did you read the 13d that Costa Brava filed today, they are asking for an injunction to stop the sale of Xacta. "For all the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction should be granted, and Defendants and their agents should be enjoined from pursuing or closing any sale of the Xacta subsidiary until such time that this lawsuit can be finally resolved on the merits." Man, if you think the guys at Enron were bad actors, it looks like the officers and directors here not only will lose their homes, but they'll all go to jail. What a bunch of crooks! And their accounting firm may go the way of Arthur Andersen
