What a difference 24 hours makes.

A tape of an alleged second US war crime surfaces. Iraq's PM says the US is committing crimes every day. Al Jazeera poll says 60% believe the truth about Haditha will not emerge as long as the US is in charge of the investigation. Iraqi Interior Ministry demands results of US investigation and says they'll conduct their own.
