SoT, A dictator isn't a capitalist, micro or super. He is a robbber. Capitalists deal in voluntary trade, not confiscation. I know people have trouble discriminating, but that's the case. Of course capitalists want rule of law. Rule of law is protection of property. Without protection of property, there isn't going to be capitalism, there will simply be robbing by force and stealth. As in chimpanzee society. Many human societies are like chimp societies. You can tell which are like chimps by their GDP per capita. Those run by chimps are poor, those run by voluntary trade are wealthy.
