Ordersa off 41% Ouch. Carl, I talked with a broker that deals with high end HB's by selling them large development properties. He is very good at what he does. He just returned from a tour of the Socal front. It was anything but quiet. He said the builders are battening down the hatches. Apparently they finally realized this won't be a quick soft landing.
