Rightwingers hire most of the trial lawyers. Many of them are white collar criminals and conmen. Big industry pays the GOP tens of millions per year to try and immunize them from any lawsuits so they can cheat, steal and kill anyone they want. Gun makers, drug makers, polluters, toxic chemical manufacturers, gas gougers, nuclear industry and big tobacco, alcohol and fast junk food pay for this. Anyonme who makes potentially deadly or regulated product. A lot of this money is given in illegal ways like to the phony charities of Santorum, Frist and Delay.
