<Just wanted to make sure we all understood you...>

I have always been clear on the immorality of this war. I have been clear on deploring the cynical manipulation of public opinion by the Presidency to drum up support for a war when the truth would have led people to oppose the war. I have been clear on deploring the tacit green light given to allow the US to find reasons to condone the torture of its prisoners, many of them no doubt innocents who simply had the misfortune to be swept up by our abuse of our military capability. I have been clear on deploring the Presidency for this terrible invasion. And I am clear now on deploring the reckless killing of women and children -- and it now seems we have cases of outright execution of children, with hands bound. This is yet one more moral outrage, a sick perversion of what the vast majority of Americans want for their country and the world. People no longer merely oppose the war -- we are truly sickened by it and the conduct that it represents from the Presidnecy on down to the frightened young soldier executing a small child.

You pumped up opinion day after day as best you could to promote the invasion with statements that proved to be completely empty propaganda -- you have been shown over time to be a person with no credibility -- a war monger who will say anything you can think of to promote the blood bath in Iraq. You represent the worst of America in my opinion. To me you represent the perversion of American values -- where words like freedom are used to justify reckless and immoral actions that turn us into a nation of cold blooded hypocrites. The US is a great nation, and it is time to reassert the core values of human decency that this war has so badly damaged.
