I have the report in paper form...others on the thread have offered to fax copies to those who want it...all the guys saying is what everyone knows:

"Summary: Based on our recent efforts to deduce the nature of the recent push-out of a few orders at Cymer, we have turned up sufficient reason to believe that Nikon and Canon, the two leading stepper manufacturers, are having significant difficulty manufacturing deep-UV steppers. The problems are due mainly to the isssues in the steppers, not Cymers lasers. However, the problems are delaying shipment of deep-UV steppers by these custiomers. Canon has 40-50 systems in inventory for which the lasers can not ship. Nikon has suffered a shift of 30-40 orders for deep-UV steppers away to other vendors. We believe it could be several quarters before the stepper problems are fixed."

"As a result, Cymer could see a serious push-out from either or both of these customers in the next 2-3 quarters. We note that this scenario is very much in line with the reisk factores repeatedly put forth by Cymer that the complexity of deep-UV steppers could cause execution problems at customers that could in turn impact Cymer....blah blah blah...."

I cant write the whole thing sorry....and sorry for all the typo's, I'm not going back to fix em. Theres nothing new here that I know of???
