It's Canadian Oil Sands Trust, and the Toronto symbol is COS.UN.

And it's a very good thing to own right now at its current price. The dividend has tripled in the past year and the stock split 5 for 1. I have held it and its derivative, OST.UN, for several years, and along with other Canadian energy stocks it has made me a millionaire. It seems unlikely to me that crude oil will cease to be an important commodity--far more important, in fact, than gold.

But I did ask Claude Cormier what he would do if gold went to $1,500 by the end of 2007. I have heard a great deal about people buying, owning, and holding gold, and very little about selling it or spending it or buying something in its place.
