Global Services Partners Acquisition Corp. has announced that its underwriter has exercised the entire over-allotment option and purchased an additional 60,000 Series A units and 390,000 Series B units. The total gross proceeds raised in the IPO were $34,109,000. The balance placed in the trust account is $30,199,000, equal to $5.05 per Class B common share.
