To create capitalists we need capital. Capital spreading more evenly does that. What separate man from Chimp? Capital. The way NOT to create capitalists. is to lend money to governments. The World bank did that, (during the Cold War) paying dictators for good behavior. Like, for example, financing the Assuam Dam in Egypt. Or supporting people like Suharto, Stroessner, Hugo Banzer etc.. Perhaps I know things that you don't. Now Globalization has won. Time to separate man from chimp. There will no artifical man, i.e., chimp dressed up smartly to look like man. It is going to be fun to watch!!!
