Bush fights. President Kerry would have issued a warrant for OBL's arrest, which would have left his Afghan training camps intact.

There has to be some basis for your assumption that Kerry would not be as good or even better and "effective" against Osama. The issue is effective. Bush made a big noise and he continues to do so. Even he has admitted to his rhetoric being a wrong approach.

Clinton on the other hand went about very quietly and effectively and tracking down Osama. His missiles were some minutes late in getting Osama. Clinton did not make all that noise that Bush did. And I have no reason to believe that Kerry wouldn't do the same.

I do agree that the Bush rhetoric served one of its purpose and that is convince people like you that Bush is on a mission to fight terror, whether his approach is effective or not is not an issue with you I suppose.
