As for AVTX, I suspect there will be a shake prior to the run. If you require 50K shares or less, then it could happen for you....If more than 50k, one should consider those .027 blocks. A DMI cross with a uptrend ADI is the likely move here with the Parabolic SAR having already intersected the share price...It will happen very fast! --FWIW,,,I'm positive about NGLE, just that I think it won't happen fast. There is already one small EVS out there for about 25K...Obviously the price will be the driver.
