1) Yes, the Arab companies that I think would be ok to own American land, property, and American companies, would be those Arab companies that come from Democratic states. Oops. There are no Democratic Arab states.
2)Yes, I think it is ok for American companies to own non-American companies, because we are Democratic, belong to the WTO, and non-American companies have legal remedies.
