On the topic of oil smuggling … I have been following an interesting company, Global Fluids International. gfi-petromark.com This private company was recently acquired by a public company, Eurocontrol (V.EUO). Their technology and scientific team seem to be first class but they are experiencing growing pains in terms of commercializing the product. They recently won a large contract with Turkey which was subsequently suspended / cancelled. I suspect due to political issues. An Israeli company doing business with a largely Muslim country … ???
