Uh-huh. Even 90nm was not 3 speedgrades back from 130nm.

Do you realize how utterly screwed Intel is if they have any teething problems with CWM on their 65nm process?

Do you realize that nearly all NGA samples appear to clock to 3GHz on air and default voltage, regardless of official speedgrade, and with a little voltage they approach 4GHz, with exotic cooling added, 5GHz. What does that tell you about the presence of lack of teething problems with NGMA on 65nm?
