I am having trouble independently verifing a new 144 for an additional 800,000 shares. Edgars does not show a new filing last week. If I am not mistaking, I believe that the only insider with enough shares to sell in this quantity is the CEO.

We know that he originally listed that he was going to sell about 1.3 million shares. The company latter stated that he would not need to sell the entire amount to satisfy his personal obligation. We now know that he sold 800,000 shares.

I am thinking that insidertrader.com may have mistakenly listed a 144A as a new 144. The 800,000 shares listed by insidertrader.com may be where the CEO is amending his 144 of August 27,1997 to show that he sold only 800,000 instead of the 1.3 million he originally listed.

Did you personally verify with ACMI that a new 144 had been filed by a company insider?
