This stock is currently very thinly traded. My calculations show turnover in the float of 445 days. At this rate Rip van Winkle will be recognized by the majority of the shareholders he met at his last shareholder meeting.

Does anyone have any opinion on why it is drifting lower. Is it just that there are few sellers and even fewer buyers.

Or is it just lack of interest? The company should make a press release to remind people it is still around. Maybe an end of the growing season El Nino Urea Special.
