Huh? You may actually want to read about the conditions there. Women were raped, brides were raped before their honeymoons in front of the groom by Saddam's boys, people were murdered, tortured, no electricity... during the Saddam years, anyone plotting against the Govt. was done away with. BUt the others were assured of security on the streets, food, electricity and the basic essentials of life. Today that is gone.
