Tom's Hardware (.de) Conroe 2.67GHz versus FX-62 @ 2.8GHz and 3GHz: tomshardware.thgweb.de Bench mark on a Conroe system during the Intel meeting were accomplished. The reference values were produced at a later time in our laboratory at a Athlon 64 FX-62-System optimally configured. We cannot therefore guarantee that the configurations and driver versions of the AMD and Intel system agree accurate. Before we cannot test the new Intel processor in detail in our laboratory, no safe statement about the system performance and the bench mark results can be met. Surprisingly Conroe did not do well in 3DMark05 CPU or graphics test. It also choked in one of the Far Cry benchmarks as well.
