Not only that but Pink sheets still is in a lock down. My allegations are based on the facts as I see them presented to me and if you have read my post I have always included IMHO. It is my opinion that there was some definate insider trading taking place and TDA noticed and notified the ones that were transfering in certificates of PLNI and then selling them by the millions? IMO They are the ones who received the "letter". This explains why no body else received the "letter" and why no insider will come forth and show the letter. Like I said TDA could give a rats azz what PLNI says in a pr like that. It has no effect on them only PLNI. You had a poster on your hide away board that says Rodney would fax a copy of the letter? Why don't you call Rodney. IT is my opinion that PLNI has commited very serious illegal events unless they can come forward and shoe this letter to the investing Public since they made it public information. good luck
