It's a little puzzling, why is AMD messing with the 4x4 when they could probably cherrypick a 3.4Ghz DDR2-1000 solution? Because they can't. Not without blowing the TDP up to >> 150W. Next part due is a 3GHz (DC) FX, on 90nm, at the end of the year.
