It seems that the SEC may have imposed something of a gag order on KSWJ during the suspension. The PR's must have been the primary issue. That is all that I can determine from the silence except the one very short and simple PR. It would be nice to see the bid and ask again. To me, why would the PR that came out last week come out if KSWJ was not moving forward in some way? If there is some meat to the JV with Energomash, it would not take much to punch this through a penny and beyond. Here's hoping!
